How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Continuedless Tree Service wants each homeowner to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Continuedless Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Continuedless Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@continuedless.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That can include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
