No one is required to hire anyone. You can say no at any step.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to be honest and clear with homeowners. That means:

• Give a written estimate that lists what is included, such as cleanup and stump grinding.
• Explain how the job will be done and what could change the price.
• Show proof of the licensing and insurance your area requires, if you ask for it.
• Treat your property with care.

We cannot watch every job. So we also encourage you to ask your own questions and to check the answers.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do the tree work. We do not set the price. We do not promise how fast a provider can arrive, because that depends on the provider and the day. We do not decide your insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden storm damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
